Therapies & Treatments
WE SPECIALIZE IN
Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP)
Exposure and Response Prevention is the gold standard, evidence-based treatment method to treat OCD. Just like the name indicates there are two parts to ERP; exposure to fear in a controlled way, and ensuring that you respond differently (abstaining from compulsive behaviors).
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy is an excellent treatment modality to help clients with anxious, worrisome, or fearful thoughts. Additionally, CBT provides behavioral responses to come out of avoidant behaviors that are reinforcing anxiety cycles.
Exposure Therapy (ET)
Exposure Therapy is an excellent treatment modality to support clients with all anxiety disorders and conditions. These include Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder & Panic Attacks, Generalized Anxiety Disorder GAD, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD.
