From Client, to Therapist, to Director
Bradley T. Wilson, LMFT, LPCC
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
After finding effective care through ERP and CBT, Brad was able to come out of the OCD and anxiety cycle just before he turned 30 years old. After coming out of his safe prison, he was finally able to return to life.
As a result of his own personal experiences of fighting OCD and anxiety for over a decade, Brad has committed his life’s work to helping others quickly come out of their own OCD and anxiety cycle.
Brad started this journey by becoming the Director of Business Development at The Gateway Institute in 2014 and then returned to school and got his BA in Psychology so that he could start co-facilitating intensive treatment programs for OCD. Since this time, Brad has been a part of over 60 intensive treatment programs and helped hundreds of clients in coming out of their OCD and anxiety cycles.
Brad went on to get his Masters of Counseling Psychology at National University in 2018 and became a fully Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in 2022. Brad also became a fully Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in 2023.
While working with the traditional CBT/ERP model while working with clients, Brad recognized the need for additional tools and strategies that would help his clients achieve faster and more permanent results. As a result, he has developed unique tools that clients can use to not only come out of their current OCD cycle but can learn to remain out of the cycle.
Because of both his personal and professional experience in OCD and anxiety recovery and treatment, Brad provides his clients with a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space. He continues to think of his clients first as he continues to grow The OCD Treatment Center.
Bradley continues to support Two Percenter’s (those with OCD) from around the world by creating The OCD Recovery Profile, which will be a detailed profile that will help individuals understand what stage of OCD they are in, how severe their OCD cycle is, what types of OCD they are dealing with, what compulsions are keeping them stuck in OCD, and the tricks that their OCD is utilizing on them to keep them in the OCD cycle.
Brad and his team are here to support you and your family in entering recovery.
