Administrative Assistant

Portia is not one of the therapists but she assists the therapists and clients with whatever they may need outside of or during their sessions. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a minor in Space.

Her passion for helping others began while watching her mom work as a first responder and seeing all the people who were grateful her mom had been there in troubling times in their lives. While she studied many topics during undergraduate education, her inspiration from growing up with her mom along with her personal struggles with mental health inspired her to pursue a career in the mental health field.

She is so happy to be able to be in a position where she can be part of the mental health field and support those who are on their journey for better well-being.
