Virginia Beall, MA, AMFT
OCD & ANXIETY SPECIALIST
Virginia Beall, MA, is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a special interest in working with individuals experiencing Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related conditions. She received her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University after completing her undergraduate studies in Psychology at the University of California, Davis, where she also earned a minor in Human Development.
Virginia’s professional path has been shaped both by her clinical experience and her own personal journey with OCD. Through navigating her own recovery, she developed a deep appreciation for the power of evidence-based treatment approaches and became passionate about helping others find relief. Since then, she has focused her clinical training on supporting individuals coping with intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, and overwhelming anxiety, using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Virginia strives to offer a compassionate and collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward change. She is dedicated to helping each client clarify their values, build emotional resilience, and cultivate lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.
