About Feels Right OCD
Feels Right OCD, also known as Just Right OCD or Perfect OCD, is a subtype of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) where individuals experience an overwhelming sense that something must be done in a specific way or feel “just right” in order to prevent harm or discomfort. People with this form of OCD feel the need to perform certain actions until they achieve a feeling of perfection or completion, often driven by an internal sense of discomfort or unease when things don’t “feel right.” Often, the person doesn’t necessarily know why something feels wrong but is driven by the need to resolve the discomfort by getting things “just right.”
